COVID 19 CRISIS ANNOUNCEMENT

We are hoping that you and your family are well and managing this crisis smoothly. Please let us know if there is anything at all we can do to help you. Our office is located on the first floor of a townhouse that is accessible without social contact, so we’re planning to remain fully operational throughout this crisis. Don’t hesitate to call on us if you’re in need. Please DO NOT show up at our office without an appointment – we are doing all work remotely at this time.

Your Current Cases Are Being Worked On

All of the civil courts are currently closed. We are working on rescheduling court appearances, depositions and other important litigation dates. It’s best that you continue to treat your injuries as long as possible. If your medical provider’s office closes, you can keep a record of the exercises you do at home. Be on the lookout for our letter and treatment affidavits coming in the mail. Please call us for instructions when you receive the letter. As long as insurance companies remain open, we will continue to negotiate a settlement of your case.

Don’t Be Afraid To Call About New Cases

Please feel free to call us about any legal matters that may arise during this crisis. We don’t just handle accidents, so please feel free to call us for legal advice on anything that comes up. If it’s not something we handle, we can point you in the right direction and help give you peace of mind. These consultations are always free of charge.

We Are Looking Into Many Ways To Help You

We understand that some of you may lose your jobs during this crisis or be forced to stay home to take care of your children. Government programs are being instituted to defer rent, mortgage and tax payments, and we would be happy to volunteer to help you apply for these programs. Please feel free to call us or email us with your questions.
